PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

Overall, the EXIT Series Universal Thermoplastic LED Exit Sign is the most economical, affordable, and energy-efficient exit sign solution available today. Illumination is provided by ultra energy-efficient and super-bright red or green LEDs. The EXIT Series is ideal for retail, commercial, office and institutional applications. The slim profile of this sign blends in perfectly with current interior decors. The EXIT Series is UL 924 Listed for the U.S. and Canada. This truly universal exit sign comes standard with two face plates, a mounting canopy, and both 120 and 277v AC connections. The EXIT Series also comes with LED indicated push-to-test button. AC only and battery backup versions are available. Additional options include self-testing, infrared testing , dual-circuitry, and remote capability.

CONSTRUCTION:

The EXIT series is constructed from durable corrosion and flame resistant thermoplastic. The EXIT series comes standard with a mounting canopy, two face plates, one back plate, removable chevrons and all mounting hardware. The EXIT series comes standard finished in white; optional black finish is available. A damp location rating is standard on all EXIT series products. An external LED status indicator and test switch is standard on all battery backup models.

ILLUMINATION:

The EXIT series is configured with high-output LED lamps. LED version is standard with 120/277v AC input. Energy efficient LED technology uses 2 and 4 watts of electricity for green and red LEDs, respectively.

Letter Size: 6” letters with 3/4” stroke
Directional Indicators: Infield applicable chevron arrows sized to meet UL visibility requirements.

BATTERY TECHNOLOGY:

EXIT Series models with the battery backup option are designed with a maintenance free, sealed Nickel-Cadmium battery that provides a minimum 90 minutes of emergency operation. Recharge time of the battery is 24 hours. The maximum battery working temperature is 50 C or 122 F.

INSTALLATION:

EXIT Series exit signs are suitable for surface ceiling, wall and end mounting. They are suitable for indoor and damp location installations on normally inflammable surfaces.
